Say goodbye to your oil heating!

Pellet boilers have successfully established themselves as a climate-friendly heating
alternative in recent years. They offer unbeatable advantages over oil heating in particular!

Take advantage of the high government subsidies available today. Whether it's a
replacement bonus or a scrapping bonus – switching from an oil-fired heating system to a
pellet boiler is more worthwhile today than ever before.

Technology makes the difference

Small and economical in every respect

Fits in (almost) any boiler room; heats incredibly economically and usually only needs to be emptied once a year: This is how our HDG K10-33 pellet boiler can be described in a nutshell!

The small footprint, flush wall installation on three sides and easy insertion through any standard door make the HDG K10-33 ideal for small and cramped boiler rooms.

Out with the oil heating, in with the pellet boiler: The HDG K10-33 is the ideal pellet boiler for renovating the heating system.

Fits through (almost) any door

The HDG K10-33 is delivered in separate parts and can be brought into the building through any standard door. Thanks to its low weight (heaviest component 170 kg) and compact dimensions, the pellet boiler also fits into cramped boiler rooms.

Easy installation

The HDG K10-33 is supplied largely pre-assembled. Only a few components then have to be assembled without water-carrying connections.

Extremely space saving

Thanks to the small footprint of only 0.75 square metres and the low height of 1.70 metres, the HDG K10-33 pellet boiler can be installed in almost any boiler room. The flush wall installation on three sides and the flue gas pipe that can be rotated upwards or backwards also make the installation extremely flexible.

Highest efficiencies

The particularly efficient combustion technology enables the lowest emission values far below the legal requirements. The precise air control with speed-controlled flue gas fan also achieves very good behaviour in part-load operation even without an accumulator.

Clean and convenient

The burner pot and heat exchanger are cleaned automatically and the combustion residues are compressed in the large-volume ash container. On average, this only needs to be emptied once a year. In addition to the entry-level version with an internal ash tray, a mobile ash container is also available on request.

Power-saving and quiet

The HDG K10-33 also excels in power consumption with maximum efficiency. For example, the HDG K10 only requires 28 watts in regular operation. Thanks to the noiseless and also power-saving ignition element, our pellet boiler is also extremely quiet to run.

HDG K10-26 calorific value

Thanks to condensing technology, the residual energy contained in the flue gases is also used to generate heat. In this way, the energy contained in the pellets is almost completely utilised.

This again significantly increases the efficiency.

The flushing function consisting of two independent circuits cleans the corrosion-resistant stainless steel heat exchanger and the condensate collector.

The boiler is also characterised by a particularly compact design and can be installed practically flush with the wall on two boiler sides. Insertion in separate parts makes installation particularly easy.

The HDG K10-26 condensing boiler is available in four output sizes.

From the warehouse to the boiler

Flexible storage technology for every area of application

With pellets, heating is convenient – including with regard to the storage of the small pressed wood pellets. Regardless of the structural conditions, a pellet boiler can be set up in almost any building thanks to HDG's flexible discharge technology – not only that, but it can be perfectly tailored to individual needs.

Austragung Pellet Übersicht
  • Pellet mole: Ideal for individually planned fuel storage rooms and particularly quick to install. There is not usually any need for a sloping floor.
  • Pellet suction probes: Most common storage system, because individual rooms are fully utilised. Variants with up to 8 probes are possible.
  • Pellet fabric silo: Prefabricated pellet store, which is quickly installed without much planning effort. Can also be placed directly next to the boiler if no extra fuel storage room is available.
  • "With our HDG pellet boiler, we heat our single-family home in a sustainable and climate-friendly way."
