Convenience redefined

During the development of the HDG F20-50, a strong focus was placed on user convenience. For this reason, the filling opening, for example, has been designed to be particularly large, making refuelling easier. The flue gas flap also eliminates the need for a separate heating door and helps reduce the escape of flue gases into the boiler room during refuelling.

These and many other practical details make the HDG F20-50 a user-friendly log wood boiler.

Sensor-controlled combustion

The flue gas temperature sensor and lambda sensor provide key control parameters for combustion. This enables the combustion air supply to be continuously regulated via the actuators for primary and secondary air. The result is low emissions and efficient use of the wood fuel.

Anti-cavity fire function

The edged panels in the combustion chamber promote even fuel movement and help prevent the formation of cavities that can lead to cavity fires. This supports stable combustion and helps reduce smoke formation.

New: Filling door with a 110-degree opening angle for particularly easy refuelling and improved cleanliness around the filling area.

Constantly high efficiency

With the help of the integrated cleaning turbulators or the optional HDG automatic cleaning system, the heat exchanger surfaces are regularly freed from dust and ash deposits. This helps maintain efficient heat transfer and supports efficient fuel use.

Experience greater convenience

Practical convenience highlights, such as the optional HDG automatic ignition system for automatic and on-demand ignition, large ash containers for infrequent ash removal and easily accessible cleaning openings, make the HDG Euro a convenient all-rounder.

Flexible and space-saving

Thanks to its exchangeable door hinge and compact design, the HDG F20-50 can be installed in a wide range of boiler rooms. The separately supplied cladding can be fitted without tools.
